Very friendly staff! Lobby/Lounge area was SO nice! Definitely the nicest of any car place I've ever been.

I have never felt more comfortable with an automotive service center. I went to Honest-1 (after reading their online reviews) to see about an engine light that the dealership wanted $119.00 to do what H1 was doing for free. I never shared the info from the dealership until after H1 ran the computer test and did the repairs. H1 saved me an enormous amount of money and they will definitely see me again!

Service was fast and prices were fair -- that's enough to earn a good review. However, Honest-1 also goes the extra mile with a stylish, comfortable, and clean waiting area! Wi-fi, leather chairs, and free beverages. It's more like a tiny hotel lobby. Also -- and this is important -- they didn't high-pressure sell me into other services on my car, like other auto care shops do. I felt comfortable and welcome. A great experience!
