Excellent customer service. I have never had a person from any service center Ever, explain my car's problems and the solutions available in such detail. I wasn't pressured into any service that wasn't needed or I wasn't able to afford at the time.

I had an awesome experience. The staff helped me make sure I was not overpaying for what I needed, and they took care of my truck quickly and I drove out of the parking lot very happy about the improved performance.

I had a problem with my window, was given a free diagnosis and they mistakenly figured it was the regulator. The part was ordered and when they went to install it they realized the only problem was a loose screw. Not only where they HONEST because they didn't go ahead and fix it anyway, and have me be none the wiser. But, they refused to even charge me for this simple fix. This is the polar opposite of what a dealer did to me once, who wasted an hour putting something on wrong, and then charged me for it against my objections. Aside from the great service, their waiting area is the best I have seen. Nice lounge with TV, IPad's and refreshments. I would recommend them to anyone and will be returning should I stay in the area.

The service was good. The diagnosis was right on and the problem was fixed fast.

Couldnt give higher than a 5 star but would give a 10 if allowed. Service was fast, friendly, honest and professional. The waiting area was so nice I stayed the 3 hours there and enjoyed coffee, hi-def big screen TV and comfy chairs. I had the 100000 tune up and wasn't pressured into anything else, no surprises or hidden "fixes". Would recommend this to anyone that needs car service. Oh, NO rose but a pack of Oreos was in my car when I left.

Fast and a pleasure to do business with. Even got a little treat in my car for the ride home :)
