I have taken my truck to Honest-1 multiple times now, and I am always pleased with their service. Their staff are knowledgable and friendly, and I always feel like they have my best interest in mind, and not trying to "sale me" on parts or services I don't need. I truly appreciate having a service shop that I trust.

Overall I am very satisfied however, the reason for not giving 5 stars is because when I dropped my car off for an oil change I asked them to check my tire pressure. The warning in my car was on saying low tire pressure. After picking up my vehicle the warning was and still is on....so now I have make a seperate trip to put air in my tires.

Fantastic staff. Very pleasant. I had a question about another vehicle and it was answered very helpfully. Will definitely become a regular customer.

They raised the price since I last had this service done there (tire rotation) and also added an extra fee for supplies, I think, that wasn't there in the past

Services were efficient and hospitable. Will definitely return for my car needs in the future. Only complaint is I wanted my break pads looked at. Even though there was nothing wrong with them and needed no servicing, I was charged $25.
