Incredible customer service. Last month, I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change, tire rotation, air filter change, radiator flush and coolant replacement. Last night (a month later from the service) on my way home from work, the check engine light on my Jeep came on. First thing this morning, I called the dealership that I bought the jeep from. They were tremendously helpful (sarcasm). The service department offered to get me in on Monday to take a look. That is 6 days after my check engine light came on! I called the folks at Honest-1 and they brought me in immediately. 90 minutes later, they diagnosed the problem, reflushed my radiator and changed the level of concentration on my replacement coolant - all for no charge. Outstanding customer service! I've been going to Honest-1 since they opened. I'll recommend Honest-1 to anyone and everyone! Thank you!
