Skye and the rest of the team here are amazing! I've worked with multiple mechanics here in the Charleston area for a variety of different vehicles & I have to say I've never had such an impressive customer experience with a auto. mechanic shop. I spoke with Skye just one time over the phone & the first time I came in the door she recalled my name, vehicle & the issue that I stated over the phone. I had the AC condenser replaced in my '15 Chevy Silervado in under 24 hours!!! The 3 Chevy dealerships in the area didn't have any availability for 3 weeks! Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work & a reasonable turn around time. Thanks!

Leaving from a week trip to Folly Beach on July 5th with my wife, two boys, three dogs and our alternator goes out. Hot as ever plus huge electrical storm setting over Charleston and hitting hard. Being a holiday weekend, every place that was open was on skeleton crews just to cover and make appointments for later times. I call AAA and they were going to have it taken to one of their AAA service centers, and per the operator could get it fixed today. They send the tow truck driver and he gets the wrong phone number and cant reach or find us...he didn't bother calling his dispatch back so he was very mad and tried to blame us. We had words and when he realized it was his fault for entering the wrong phone number and now more pissed off. While he was looking for us we decided to see if the place AAA said we could go to was able to fix it today. Wrong, couldn't see us until Tuesday and its Friday. So when he finally gets the Van on the truck, I had been calling and found Honest-1 Auto Care that could get us fixed and back on the road the same day. Driver is mad so he won't let me tell him the Honest-1 address and takes our van across Charleston to the wrong Honest-1. Honest-1 calls us due to not knowing any van was coming there to get fixed. We find this out in an UBER(that let us bring our dogs with us) that he's taken it to the wrong place. All of this adds up to Honest-1 taking us under their wing to help us completely. They pick all of us up with the alternator, in their company courier, and take us to the correct shop where the van and mechanic are that can get us done today. Its full on thunderstorm and they let us bring or storm crazed pets into the waiting area and gave us snacks and helped us with food and water for the dogs. The owner and I spoke for a while and I let him know how much they saved us today by going above and beyond to get us back home. The place was very busy, very clean and they worked us right in!!! Excellent customer service! Excellent owner and manager! Excellent mechanical work! Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Charleston area that needs any type of car work or help!

Took my daughters car in for AC check. They fit me in, called with an estimate and repaired all within 3 hours. Highly recommended!

went here for the first time for an oil change due to not knowing the area and is right near my home. Called and Skye was really nice and knowledgeable about all of it. Made me feel comfortable. They went through everything and asked before they did anything. When I left I found Oreos in my car from Jared and a thank you card. Never had this kind of service. I will be going back here from now on.

Once again Honest-1 Auto Care kills it with customer service! I was in Charleston for work when my AC went out in the middle of July. I went 25 minutes out of my way to come to this shop because I received amazing service from the one in Charlotte and knew that they'd do their best to fix it. I arrived at 4:15 and they went above and beyond for my car. They even called back people who had left for the day to come and try and fix it. Unfortunately the problem ended up being a lot more than I was expecting so I did not have them replace the whole AC system, but they were incredibly kind and helpful while I was there. I was incredibly impressed by the manager, Skye, and always love to see ladies killing it in a male dominated industry. She's very knowledgable and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone who's in the Charleston area and in need of car repair. Thanks Honest-1 for being great as usual!

Absolutely impeccably honest and competent service. My wife and just PCS’d home from a tour of duty in Germany and received same day, fast and ultra competent service. Fully recommend this place to all military personnel and everyone else too!
