I received prompt service and was comfortable with the discussion of their findings. I am a repeat customer so I knew I would. The service was very reasonable.

I had an ongoing electrical problem with my headlights. Eventually they stopped working altogether. After spending hundreds of dollars at the dealership I brought it in to see if Honest One could help me with a diagnosis. The folks here are courteous, they listen to the customer and they help come up with a plan to get things fixed correctly. A big shout out to Alex, who took the time to look at the simple fix first. It saved me a LOT of money! Thanks again, I highly recommend Honest One.

Very pleasant experience! First time customer. I needed someone to balance & mount a new tire that I had purchased online. That was no problem and they charged a very reasonable, nominal fee. Very professional staff. Everything was immaculate—the complimentary coffee bar, waiting/tv area, etc. Clean, up-to-date amenities, and cordial atmosphere. When I entered my car upon departure, I was surprised to see a “thank you” note/card and a pack of Oreos! Don’t know if this is routine or because this was my first visit. Either way, I will be returning for regular oil changes (and maybe other maintenance) for sure.

Called last minute - AC busted, nail in tire and overdue for oil change (all taken care of within a couple of hours). This place sets a new bar for auto repair. Professional, knowledgeable and timely service w a shuttle van so you can drop off get a ride back to work and know your car is in good hands. Recommended without any reservations. Not enough stars in option above!

I bought my recently purchased car into Honest-1. I did not make an appt but it was still early and Skye, I believe the more fit me in. The front desk people are friendly but efficient. What I really like is that the manager came out asked I'd you would like to see your car and once in the back explain the situation. I thought I was coming in for a brake flush. but it is more going on with the car than that. I spoke to the manager and the mechanic and saw for myself that this was not going to be an easy fix. I wish I would have gotten the mechanic name but he was very professional. I could not afford to get my brakes fixed there. However, the brake inspection given summed up the situation. Again everone was very pleasant,and efficient.
