My rear brakes were making noise so at 4:15 I took my Santa Fe to Carmax where we bought it. They said they were doing their last appointments of the day and couldn’t help me. I was traveling and needed them fixed. Fortunately they recommended Honest-1. I took my car there and they replaced brake pads and rotors on both rear wheels. They stayed late to get the job done and got me back on the road. I could not have been happier with the job and willingness to help me.

They were great to work with . My vehicle ended up having a mechanical issue and died in my garage and I had work on the weekend which brought on the stress .Obviously car problems are never fun! They were great and answered all my questions as well as working with my warranty company!! I and even discovered I needed new breaks and they replaced them and notified me of future things to keep my eye on as they will need replacing . I felt like they really kept me in the loop and looked out for my cars best interest without being like a dealer ship and just saying I should do this or that or adding on unnecessary things that should be replaced. I am pretty good with my knowledge on vehicles and felt very comfortable with my vehicle in their hands and will definitely return to have my car service here. I highly recommend. The sales employees I delt with were wonderful and pleasant also. Thank you🧡

The staff was punctual and fast with excellent service. The reception area was tastefully decorated. The mechanics found a problem that needs to be repaired and I was emailed an estimate of cost quickly. Wish I had come here a few years ago to have all my car repairs done.

Very professional from the Front Desk to the Mechanic who worked on my truck.

Our company vehicle had an unexpected flat tire. Skye (the general manager) fought tooth & nail to make sure the right tire was delivered and installed before the end of their business day.

Very happy with Honest-1! I needed an oil change before a trip and saw that Honest-1 was close to home and that I could make an appointment online. Brought it in and appreciate that Elizabeth called me to ask about the air filter...also, work was done before the time I said I needed it back. Thank you, I will definitely bring my car back!
