My part arrived well packaged and in new condition. Unfortunately the timing belt broke and I must replace the engine now.

The service was very pleasant. The whole shop works as a team to get the job done right. As a caveat, however, it took the person at the front desk questioning the mechanic's findings to get at the correct solution - which resulted in changing out a belt instead of a whole power steering pump (a win for the person at the front desk!). Obviously the change in cost was pretty drastic from one solution to the next. And the labor cost also went up as a result of the mistaken diagnosis. I would hope your mechanics are all very thorough and don't paint a solution with too broad a brush in general.

I went in to get my engine mounts replaced, Friendly staff and and pretty good rates. It's definitely the nicest looking shop I've ever been to. Interior lounge is beautiful and comfortable. Also, they have complementary drinks hot and cold. The work was good, and they even let me know what they had to troubleshoot. Worth my hard earned money if you ask me.
The service was quick and simple. The waiting room was of high quality with everything set to make my experience better. I would recommend this auto care shop to everyone I know.

A new resident to the area, I decided to check out this business for my old/high mileage car. I could not have been more impressed. The waiting area is sparkling clean with decor better than most physician offices I've been in. Service to my car was managed quickly. Not only did the front office staff explain to myself and other customers the issue discovered with our vehicles but the mechanic came out to discuss in further detail as well. Customer service is obviously valued, they even left a package of cookies and a thank you card in the console for me to discover. Highly recommend this business!
