Charleston Auto Repair

I went in to have a tire checked that was low on air. The staff took me immediately. WOW, what service I thought. Then it got better. I told Ms Bryant that I was approaching my schedule oil change and she explained what services they had to offer and what I could save by using Honest 1. I was very impressed with her and the serviceman who told me that my tire had pick up a nail and would be ready shortly. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

All I know is that my car wasn't right when I went in and it ran great when I left. They kept me informed, made suggestions, and did it in a timely manner. Thanks. David

Very impressed with the office area. I have been in Doctor's offices that were not that nice. It demonstrated they cared about my experience with them. Chris Took interest in the problems I was having with my car and let me know what I needed to do to resolve them. They offered me a shuttle service so I could get to work and then picked me up after work. WHO DOES THAT?? My car is running great! Thanks for am "honest" experience.

I am very lucky to have such a superb full-service car care location so close to me in West Ashley. The prices are reasonable (and you can take advantage of coupons that make them even more so), the service is excellent, and the amenities are amazing! I waited for my oil change and overall inspection, and I took advantage of the free beverages (not just coffee/tea/water, but also soda), the free wi-fi, and the giant flat screen. I understand they also have a shuttle service, although I didn't need to use it. All in all, by far the most pleasant and efficient car repair/maintenance experience I have ever had. Thank you!

We were traveling thru the area from Texas. We found this business from their reviews and found it to be as good as everyone stated. They were very personable and the service was quick and efficient. We would highly recommend !!!

I am very pleased with your service however this time took much longer than I expected. I called and made an appointment for an oil change and rotate/balance. When I dropped it off I was told and hour and 30 minutes, I dropped back off and it actually took an hour longer. I know stuff happens but I thought you should know. Up until today nothing but 5 star review.

I was there for an oil change. Fast competent service. The waiting room is really nice for an auto repair shop (free Keurig coffee). Conversations with other customers indicated staff takes the time to explain in full the issues they found with customers' cars, and offered options. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice customer service

Honest-1 was great, I walked in late in the afternoon and they were able to get my main services completed the same day including some odds & ends like tightening a belt and checking the parking brake.
