I've been there twice so far. The most recent time was due to walking out of my house and discovering one of the tires on my truck was flat. Bummer. There was just enough air for me to drive over to Honest-1 in West Ashley. They were busy, but I was back out on the road by the time I finished up a complimentary cup of coffee. Thank you!

Excellent! Repaired the problem easily, dealt with the warranty folks on my behalf, and everyone was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Waiting area is beautifully decorated, comfortable and puts you at ease while you wait. The BEST experience I've ever had for any automotive issue. Thank you!

Great service

First time customer. Scheduled an Oil Change for early morning Saturday and they were quite busy but got to my car as soon as they could. Meanwhile I was able to relax in their lounge & enjoy some free coffee from their Keurig. At checkout they let me apply a coupon I printed off their website even though it didn't match a 100% of the criteria, so it helped save me some money.
