My husband took his truck in for an oil change and was very pleased that it was done quickly. He said that he was happy that the service shopped valued his time and that you had a comfortable waiting area for the customers convenience. He especially liked the treat left on his seat for a snack.

The customer service was great and I loved the hospitality (free drinks while we waited and access to tablets and television). I would definitely go back! The technician took me back and explained my options in terms I could understand and helped me decide what was the best option for my vehicle!

They offered me advice on services that I ordered and recommended adjustments that I considered (some recommendations I took and others I did not). They were quick and efficient. Honest 1 took me in first thing Monday morning without an appointment. I knew my car needed the brake fluid replaced but there were possibly more issues. Their tech was straightforward, completing the fluid replacement and not recommending anything that wasn't needed. Honest 1 is helpful and transparent and has competitive prices that will keep me coming back!
