I liked that they took my questions seriously, and treated me with respect. The mechanic showed me things where I had questions and allowed me to understand what my car needed. They recommended what maintenance could wait and what the repercussions are for waiting to do some of the more critical repairs.

I have been using Honest-1 for the past 2 years and they have been prompt, responsive, and have good customer service. I've been extremely satisfied with the work they have performed thus far.

My first visit to Honest 1 went very well. I came in for just an oil change to start with, but because of their better than average value I chose to have the tires rotated and balanced as well. Things were done very quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend others!

Honest 1 did a wonderful job figuring out the complex problems with my jeep grand cherokee....they fixed multiple issues that no other mechanic could figure out...I thank them with all of my heart because I just bought the car.. The customer service was stellar starting with Skye all the way up to Chris ...it is because of them and their knowledge that brings me back for oil changes and maintance ....all the way from mount pleasant... I reccommend them to many people and they can not wait for honest 1 to open in mount pleasant...

The staff was extremely polite and efficient. I was greeted at the door and was all checked in in less than 10 minutes. They also drove me back to work so I wouldn't have to wait on my car! Great service and very informational breakdown on my car after its oil change! I loved that were not pushy at all! They told me their recommendations to keeping my car running smoothly and that was it!

Outstanding service and I was an urgent walk-in with a failing battery. Professional, friendly, good humored, attentive service. Clean waiting area with multiple zone options and beverages. Fast service and full diagnostics explained with options & advice, but no pressure. I highly recommend.
