Although I was unhappy to learn what all was wrong with my crv, I was very pleased with them being honest and showing me the issues and not just relying on word of mouth. I also thought the prices they quotes me as being fair for the repairs, plus the lady at the counter was easy on the eyes. 10/10 will go there again.
