It started off very bad. I left the van on the previous evening so the technician would have it as scheduled for 8:30am, but it was not considered until I called at noon. The tech had to leave early and another was assigned the next day. From then on, the Front Desk personnel worked very hard to keep me informed and to obtain parts for a 1993 vehicle. A part was shipped in and on Monday, I received my vehicle with a working a/c. During this time of repair, I fully expected to hear that the a/c could not be fixed for parts were not available; that did not happen. I Thank the staff and techs for getting this problem resolved in my favor.
