I needed an emergency repair, all of the sudden my car started billowing out smoke from under the hood. I was so afraid my engine would burst into flames at any minute. The friendly young woman at the front desk, was so kind, so helpful, she offered to put my cold storage items in their refrigerator and explained their services. She made me feel comfortable, presented an estimate, communicated clearly what they could do. Eric, the mechanic assigned to my car assured me they could take care of my problem and he put my mind to ease. They even showed me my broken auto part and charged a fair price for a great job! They put my groceries back in my car and had me back on the road in less time than they estimated. I was so lucky their shop was so close by in my time of need. They handled my emergency with ease, professionalism, and human kindness! And their waiting room is comfortable, spacious and clean. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use their services in the future! They're the best!
